From the project management of new build bungalows, the conversion of a pub into flats, phased major rebuild of a block of flats whilst the residents remained in occupation, to a maintenance review of the De La Warr Pavillion in Bexhill, our previous projects have covered every aspect of surveying and building in our business. The main photo above shows the iconic property, The “Rusty House” in Lewes, featured in an episode of the Channel Four programme, Grand Designs. We carried out a pre-acquisition survey for the potential new owners.
In 2014, Housemartins was employed by Seaford Town Council to act as Employers Agent for the demolition and rebuild of the new Seaford Head Golf Club. This involved weekly site meetings with the contractor during the construction period to monitor progress and quality of work and then to report directly to the Council with any problems. The project was completed within 11 months within budget. See photos below.
